This standard supersedes "National Food Safety Standard—Food Microbiological Examination: Staphylococcus Aureus" (GB 4789.10-2010), "Determination of Staphylococcus Aureus in Foods for Import and Export" (SN/T 0172-2010) and "Determination of Coagulase-Positive Staphylococci in Import and Export Food—Technique using Rabbit Plasma Fibrinogen Agar Medium" (SN/T 2154-2008).
Compared with GB 4789.10-2010, this standard has the following main changes:
- The enrichment broth for test was unified in 7.5% sodium chloride broth.
